General Store that was common place in the early last century. This old building I found in the Dushore Area of Pennsylvania. Dushore had a great place to grab a sandwich for lunch or eggs for breakfast.

Your wonderful general images bring back such strong memories ... from the creaking wooden floor boards of the porch to the dim dark interiors to the smells of grain inside and the whirr of the old fashioned coke machine chiller. Even the feel of my little hand in that of my daddy. It all comes back. l/f
